Introduction

Taharia will introduce who she is and her mission to spread awareness on the path of self-discovery while providing insight into the tools she used to reprogram her thinking through the usage of holistic tools and practices.

7:10 PM - 7:30 PM

Journaling and Guided Meditation

Participants will be led through a journaling and guided meditation session to release and realign our intentions. Journaling prompts will be provided for guests to release what no longer serves them and re-affirm who they truly are with positive affirmations. Meditation music will be played as Taharia leads everyone through a guided meditation.

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Intentional Candle Making

Participants will be provided steps to hand-craft their intention candles with fragrances , herbs, and flowers. All participants will follow the candle making instructions and pour their intentions in each jar as we embark on a journey of self-discovery. Candles will take about an hour to harden.

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Candle Cooling and Sisterhood Conversation

As the candles settle participants will continue to dive into the power of sisterhood as we host a conversation surrounding the intentions we set during the candle making process. We will indulge in healthy conversation and provide stories and tools on how as "sisters" we have grown and continue to evolve while inspiring others to do the same.
