Tijuana Triennial: 2. International pictorial

Inspired by a project conceived by the plastic artist of Sinalo origin Alvaro Blancarte Osuna, the Triennial of Tijuana was a concept that Cecut embraced in 2019 giving birth to this longing for the painter and muralist that today materializes in a second edition.
Selected works by artists from 15 countries will be exhibited in a magnificent exhibition at the facilities of the Tijuana Cultural Center.
