In the author's words, it is a semi-adaptation of "The Seagull" by Anton Chekhov, which talks about the meeting of a group of relatives and friends in a country house by a lake to see a play, and what this triggers. The breaking of the fourth wall and the blurring of the boundaries between characters and actors, underlines the sense of humor of the play in this version that directly questions the spectators to encourage active reflection on love, theater and the passage of time.
