The Diablos Rojos del México will represent Mexico in the first official edition of the Baseball Champions League Americas, a tournament organized by the World Baseball Softball Conference (WBSC). The tournament will feature six teams and will be held at the Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium from April 8-13, 2025, following a trial tournament in Mérida, Yucatán, in 2023, with the Fargo Moorhead Redhawks of the United States as champions. The Diablos Rojos del México, celebrating 85 years of history and reigning champions of the Mexican Baseball League, were paired with the Titanes de Florida of Puerto Rico and the Tigres de Chinandega of Nicaragua in Group A. Also participating in Group B will be the Kane County Cougars of the United States, the Santa Maria Pirates of Curaçao, and the Leñadores de las Tunas of Cuba.
