Lunario Niños presents Hansel and Gretel, the charming opera by Engelbert Humperdinck based on the Grimm Brothers' tale about two siblings who venture into the woods in search of food and find a house made of cookies and candy, inhabited by a witch who wants to fatten them up... and eat them! This one-hour children's adaptation includes video animation, Mexican-inspired costumes, and a narrator who guides the story. The staging is by renowned set designer Jorge Ballina, winner of the gold medal for best set designer at the World Stage Design Awards.
