UNIVERSITY TANGO ORCHESTRA

Description

A recently created group (2022), made up of some of the most outstanding students of the UNAM Faculty of Music, it is currently the only Typical Tango Orchestra in Mexico, directed by Víctor Madariaga (former accordionist and bandoneonist of the Mexican-Argentine band Paté de Fúa).

It offers a concert with works composed by the great Argentine musicians of the genre, with rigorous academic depth, they will perform the most representative styles and works of Osvaldo Fresedo, Carlos Di Sarli, Juan D’Arienzo, Anibal Troilo and Raúl Garello.
