Kicking off a tour of the United States and Latin America, international singer-songwriter Ola Onabulé returns to Mexico to reunite with the Mexican Jazz Big Band in an exceptional concert that will feature material from his latest album, "Point Less."
Onabulé has played with the most prestigious Big Bands in Europe, including the Grammy Award-winning Cologne (The WDR Big Band), Stuttgart (The SWR Big Band) and Frankfurt (The HR Big Band), as well as the Denmark Big Band. (Danish Radio Big Band) and, of course, La Big Band Jazz de México among many others.
With a career spanning 20 years and 9 albums, Onabulé fuses his African musical roots with a three and a half octave voice, a perfect instrument for breaking musical and cultural boundaries, moving freely between jazz, soul, R&B, pop and word music.
