Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare performed by the Russian State Ballet Mari El, considered one of the best of the new generation of Russian ballet, under the artistic direction of Konstantin Ivanov, will be in charge of reviving the tragic romance of the most emblematic couple in history.
The beauty and precision that the human body can achieve come together in the staging of Romeo and Juliet; the tragic love story between two young lovers in Verona who grew up in rival families. Written by William Shakespeare in 1579, it is considered a masterpiece of literature and inspired great choreographers who adapted it to ballet, managing to turn this masterfully written novel into a charming work of classical ballet.
