There is no cancellation or reprinting of tickets. The service fee is not refundable in case of cancellation of the event.

Tickets purchased online can be downloaded to your cell phone or printed on white paper. The customer must show their official identification along with their digital tickets.

The map reflects the approximate location of the sections for the venue, the actual distribution of places and seats may vary without prior notice.

In case of cancellation, any type of refund will be applied to the ticket price. Service charges will not be refunded.
