A look at the Yucatan peninsula while the mega railway project known as the “Tren Maya” is being built. A cinematic journey along the planned route of the train that takes us across the length and breadth of the peninsula. Through the stories and reflections of its inhabitants, a collective narrative is woven that exposes the environmental and social consequences of the development model imposed in the region; while revealing a human landscape full of vitality and wisdom.
